  • Overview

    The primary focus of this position is processing  basic contracts for Preneed, Final Expense and Group Market producers.  This includes administering agents into NGL’s administration system, performing various background and license checks, and following all state guidelines for the appointment of producers.

    Qualifications

    Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

    1. Organized with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
    2. Professional communication skills - verbal and written; ability to relate to customers and team members.
    3. Accurate typing skills.
    4. Computer experience necessary (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook).
    5. Must be self-motivating with the ability to problem solve and initiate improvements as needed.
    6. Must be able to manage multiple tasks, work under tight deadlines and adjust schedules as needed in order to meet stated service goals and priorities.
    7. Ability to present a positive and professional image.
    8. Ability to maintain satisfactory attendance according to written company policy.

     

    Education and Training

    1. High school diploma or equivalent.

     

    Experience

    1. One year office experience and/or customer service experience preferred
