  • Overview

    The primary focus of this position is to monitor commission payment and process any adjustments needed within the stated time requirements.  In addition, this position will assist with the producer debt collection process and other commission related processes where needed.

    Qualifications

    Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

    • Intermediate written and verbal communication skills
    • Intermediate PC, Excel, and Word skills
    • Basic accounting knowledge and ability to apply accounting principles and practices to work tasks
    • Ability to exercise sound judgment and decision making
    • Effective and thorough problem solving skills with high attention to detail
    • Ability to work in a team environment and independently
    • Effective organizational skills and ability to manage competing demands
    • Ability to present a positive and professional image.

    Education and Training

    • High school education or equivalent

    Experience

    • One year prior insurance, accounting, or related office experience desired
