The System Analyst operates under general supervision in a team environment. Tasks assigned to this level require a general understanding of the business processes and solution requirements. Work includes facilitating application upgrades, business system modifications, conversions, product launches, business process and content management solutions, and new functionalities in a test environment. Incumbents must be able to work in a changing, fluid environment dedicated to continuous improvement.
Testing and QA
Provide cycle support to stakeholders for reported problems
Creating and executing test plan if necessary to remedy problem
Obtain approval from stakeholder for problem resolution
Document problem resolution
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Problem solving and critical thinking; effective communication with both team members and customers; understanding of how this position contributes to the user experience; ability to extract meaning from data in order to maintain high quality control.

Education and Training:
1 year of experience business analysis/systems testing preferred
1 year of practical experience in life insurance administration preferred
